MR. NIKHIL SURVE
With an initial academic background in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering during the early2000s, Mr. Nikhil Surve transitioned his focus to civil contracting within the family business. Mr. Nikhil Surve’s career journey spans diverse sectors, beginning with property development in Mumbai's Borivali and Kandivali, later moving into jewelry wholesale with Erra FZC in Dubai. His successful venture into hospitality includes Bar Bar Lounge in Dubai, and in 2022, Partnered with Bhoomi Pednekar in Kaia Oceanfront, the boutique hotel. Now, he’s expanding into Pune’s premium nightlife scene with a rooftop bar, Kiki, highlighting his adaptive and innovative approach across industries.
MR. SAMEER SANGHAVI
Mr. Sameer Sanghavi, a Mechanical Engineer with 30 years of expertise, has established himself as a leader in the steel manufacturing industry. As the Chairman of PMEA Solar Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he oversees a range of business areas, including solar mounting structures, furniture, lighting components, switch gears, and control panels, with 11 manufacturing facilities across Maharashtra and Gujarat. In addition to his industrial ventures, Mr. Sanghavi has over a decade of experience in real estate, where he has consistently delivered projects without relying on external financing.
